Draft Atelier
Writing Your Way Into Story
A four-week workshop to build your writing muscle
Draft Atelier
A writing practice for the stories waiting to be told
The workshop
There is something you have been longing to write.
It could be a book you have been thinking about for years, a collection of stories, a personal essay, or a history that replays in your mind. Yet knowing you want to write and sitting down to write are two very different things. This four-week workshop helps bridge the gap between thinking about it and doing it.
We will write before we worry about whether it is good. We will pay attention to the details that stay with us, the smell of a room, the feeling a conversation leaves behind, and the thing someone said without saying it.
The program
Four weeks. Four ways into the work.
- 01
Flex your writing muscle
Get past the blank page, the inner editor, and the need to get everything right.

- 03
